Rachel Zoe is getting reflective on her first Thanksgiving since splitting from her husband Rodger Berman.

The celebrity stylist, 53, opened up about what she’s thankful for in an Instagram post shared on Friday, Nov. 29, after celebrating Thanksgiving at Montage Los Cabos in Mexico.

The mom of two — she shares sons Skyler, 13, and Kaius, 10, with Berman —shared a carousel of photos from the getaway in her post, as well as a video of her expressing gratitude for all the people who have supported her amid her split.

“I am most grateful for, on this Thanksgiving, is so many things actually because I don’t think I could be more grateful,” Zoe begins in the clip. “Because this year has been a very interesting one, challenging in many ways but also strengthening in many ways.”

She continues, “And I don’t think I’ve ever leaned on my friends or my family the way I have this year and I’m happy to say that not only am I so beyond lucky and grateful to have the two most extraordinary children on this planet that I am so lucky to call my little princes, and will always be.”

She then shares her appreciation for her friends and family, who she says have always lifted her up when she needs it most.

“I have the greatest sister and the greatest parents and the best family, but I have to say, also, I have the most incredible group of friends, that have been to catch me when i fall, support me without even asking, because I don’t like asking anyone,” she concludes.

In the slideshow of photos, Zoe included snaps of the stunning oceanfront view as well as numerous shots of her posing with her sons at the -

resort.

In her caption, she wished her followers a happy Thanksgiving and also looked back at some of the “challenging moments” and reflected more on the support she’s received.

“A beautiful Thanksgiving day and so much to be grateful for in my life. I have never been filled with more love and gratitude than I am now,” she wrote. “I have worked so hard to have the life I live and with challenging moments I always find light in my children and my family and the most extraordinary women that show up without asking because they know I will never ask. Health, Love, Family and Friendships… all I need and I am the luckiest.”

Zoe and Berman announced their decision to end their marriage after 26 years in a joint statement shared to Zoe’s Instagram on Monday, Sept. 9.

Later that month, the designer opened up to PEOPLE about how she's been doing since going public with her split from Berman at the Goldie Hawn Foundation's 20th anniversary celebration of MindUP.

"I'm doing things that make me feel good — like tonight — and being with my incredible support system of girlfriends and friends, honestly, and just working hard, mom-ing hard and going out and being with people I love who just make me feel really good," she said. "I wake up with my heart full every day so that's all I can ask for, right?"
