Mandy Moore is pregnant with her third baby — and she’s now got motherhood down to a science!

When asked if she is doing differently this time around, the singer and actress, 40, told PEOPLE at the Las CulturistasCulture Awards on Saturday, June 15, “Just chasing two wild toddlers.”

“So that's the biggest difference,” added Moore, who is expecting her first daughter. (She shares sons Augustus "Gus," 3, and Oscar "Ozzie," 19 months, with husband Taylor Goldsmith.)

One of Moore's “wild toddlers” appeared later in the evening to congratulate her on winning the biggest honor of the night — the inaugural lifetime of culture award.

Before Moore appeared on stage at Brooklyn’s Kings Theatre to accept the award from co-hosts Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers — and receive multiple standing ovations — she was honored with a special video tribute.

Spliced together with iconic clips from her music and acting career, the video included messages from her Princess Diaries costar Sandra Oh and Tangled costar Donna Murphy — as well as a special tribute from Goldsmith and her eldest son.

In the adorable clip, the toddler attempted to congratulate Moore using the full name of her career-spanning honor with some help from dad Goldsmith, as the duo both smiled into the camera.

Moore and Goldsmith announced that they will soon be welcoming a daughter last month on Instagram — with a nod to the actress’s onscreen kids in This Is Us.

Alongside a photo of Gus and Ozzie holding hands and wearing T-shirts that read "Big" and "Middle,” respectively, the star wrote, "Sometimes life imitates art.”

"The third in our own Big Three coming soon,” she continued in the caption. “Can’t wait for these boys to have a baby sister. 💓💓💓.”

While speaking with PEOPLE earlier this month, the Walk to Remember star said that as the parents transition into a three-kid household, they are just enjoying where their family is at right now.

"It's so much fun,” she told PEOPLE. “I know that parents sort of love to say it just gets better, but I truly believe that is the case. We have one that's obviously potty-trained and the other's still in diapers, but they're only 20 months apart so they're just starting to interact with each other."

"My husband I looked at each other the other day and we're like, 'This is a good phase.' But also recognizing in parenting, it's an ebb and flow," continued Moore. "You cannot get used to anything because as soon as you sort of digested it and you're like, 'Oh wow, we can handle this,' then some other challenge is thrown your way.”

Alongside Moore, the third annualLas CulturistasCulture Awards featured other guests like comediansHeather McMahanandCole Escola,HacksstarHannah Einbinder and Julia Fox— plus a virtual appearance fromSabrina Carpenter.
