Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick are busy at work on their A Simple Favor sequel.

The costars were photographed in Capri, Italy, on April 3, filming a sunny wedding scene for A Simple Favor 2. Lively, 36, wore a wedding dress in character as bride Emily Nelson in the nuptials with 365 Days actor Michele Morrone's new character.

Kendrick, 38, who plays Stephanie Smothers, stood nearby, at one point assisting Lively with her costume.

According to a synopsis,A Simple Favor 2brings the characters to "the beautiful island of Capri, Italy, for Emily’s extravagant wedding to a rich Italian businessman."

Paul Feigis back to direct the sequel to the 2018 comedy-thriller, which was based on the 2017 novel by Darcy Bell. Stars Henry Golding, Andrew Rannells, Bashir Salahuddin,Joshua Satine, Ian Ho and Kelly McCormack will reprise their roles.

Kendrick previously described the sequel concept as “so good” toE! Newsin January 2023. Her character, she said, has "got like a little bit more savvy in her," adding that "she's still Stephanie at the end of the day."
