Brittany Mahomes turned Post Malone into a Kansas City Chiefs fan — even if only for a short while.

After the NFL team secured a win during the 2024 Super Bowl on Sunday evening, in which they beat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in overtime, Mahomes, 28, attended a celebratory afterparty, where Malone, 28, served as a performer.

At one point during the event, as the "Sunflower" singer was wrapping up a song, Mahomes gestured for him to remove his NFL-themed bomber jacket and replace it with a Chiefs one instead, as seen in fan footage shared on X (formerly known as Twitter).

After looking around stunned as Mahomes began to take the outerwear off him, Malone — a longtime Dallas Cowboys fan — obliged and helped remove the piece alongside the mother of two.

Following an eruption of applause from others in attendance, as well as some from Mahomes herself, Malone held up a single finger to the recent Sports Illustrated star, noting that he would wear the jacket for one so -

ng only.

During the big game at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas over the weekend, the Chiefs nabbed the Vince Lombardi trophy and won their third Super Bowl in five seasons.

The team became the first team to win back-to-back Super Bowls sinceTom Bradyled the New England Patriots to back-to-back wins in 2003 and 2004.

Ahead of the game, Malone delivered a soulful performance of “America the Beautiful," where he played on an acoustic guitar while wearing a brown suede jacket and bolo tie.

Malone previously told Apple Music that the thought of performing was "nerve-wracking," though he added, "It's just fun and super epic to be able to go out there and sing a song so many beautiful artists have sang before on this stage."

Ahead of his performance, Andra Day sang her own take on "Lift Every Voice and Sing," while Reba McEntire later wowed with a rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner."
