Cher confirms she’ll be in attendance at the 2024 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this October.

The pop icon, 77, previously shared during a December episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show that she wouldn’t be “in it now if they gave her a million dollars," affirming she was “never going to change her mind."

At the time, she added: "They can just go you-know-what themselves."

But in an interview with Entertainment Tonight on May 13, she revealed she will take part in the Oct. 19 ceremony after all.

She explained that the reasons she’ll be attending are due in part to music producer David Geffen and Chairman of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, John Sykes. “Well, I can thank David Geffen, my friend and the most wonderful person ever, and John Sykes.”

“I'm gonna have some words to say,” she added. “I'm gonna accept it in my Cher — as me.”
