Kim Kardashian may not love being active on TikTok, but her daughter North certainly does.

While speaking at the 2024 OMR Festival in Hamburg, Germany, the SKIMS CEO, 43, spoke about how her daughter North, 10, is active on the video-sharing platform. Kardashian is mom to four kids — sons Psalm, 4, and Saint, 8, and daughters North and Chicago, 6.

Speaking about which social media platforms she's active on, the mom of four said, "I'm not that active on TikTok, except for these ridiculous dances that my daughter makes me do, if you want to really make fun of me."

Asked about the pros and cons of having a joint TikTok account with her daughter, which has garnered over 19 million followers, both as a mom and a businesswoman, Kardashian replied, "Well, I would always think as a parent first, no matter what."

"So, I don't really use TikTok too much as a tool, but I love how creative our kids are being when they're engaging in doing some of the fun dances and these movies, and then they've taken it to a different level where they've, I've gotten like full camera equipment and they've made these short films."

Noting that it's "not just for TikTok," Kardashian said her daughter does "special effects makeup" and directs films for all her fri -

ends.

"And so, it's gotten them into this cinematic creative space that I think is so fun to see as a mom. You know, they do plays in the house, and they dress up, and now they do some TikTok dances. But then they'll fully put their devices down, be fully engaged in a full production that they're doing at home that's so fun to watch, and we'll do the whole play for the whole family, and you know, really age-appropriate stuff."

While Kardashian's kids love to be on social media, she admitted she's noticed a difference in her kids' attitudes once she set parameters on how long and often they can be online.

"I had set full boundaries and time limits, and something that I noticed completely changed the attitudes of my children was when I set boundaries and when I gave specific screen time at specific times, that nothing in the morning, during meals, not during car rides," she shared.

In March, the 10-year-old daughter of Kardashian and rapperKanye West announced her debut album, titledElementary School Dropout, while attending a listening party for her dad's albumVultures 2,according toForbes.
