Mecole Hardman Jr.'s Cutest Photos with His Son

The Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver and his girlfriend Chariah Gordon welcomed a son together a year ago — see their sweetest family photos

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr. and his girlfriend Chariah Gordon welcomed a son together on Feb. 12, 2023 — a day that will always be easy to remember, as Hardman's team was playing the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl the same day that Gordon went into labor. (Hardman was oninjured reservedue to a pelvic injury so was able to be there for his son's birth.)

Since then, the couple have shared a look into their lives as a happy family of three — and while it remains to be seen if their baby boy joins Hardman and Gordon at the Super Bowl in Las Vegas Feb. 11, we can look back at some of their cutest family photos to date.

"OMG HER WATER BROKE," Hardman tweeted hours before his team's Super Bowl kickoff.

Once the baby arrived, Hardman posted a joyful note about his very memorable day: "Welcoming our healthy baby boy together in this world while watching the Chiefs win the Super Bowl!! Could not be any Happier! A father and now a 2x Super Bowl Champ! Thanks to everyone for the prayers and support!"

Hardman's first Father's Day was a special one thanks to a special gift from Gordon.

tears to my eyes with the photo of me, my son and my aunt t. I wish my aunt t was here to see my son but I know she watching over us closely! This has been an amazing day so far! To all the fathers! Happy Father’s Day," he wrote on Instagram.

"Happy 6 months to our son '3' half way til one & forever to go," Gordon captioned this sweet shot of their kiddo. Her caption and the sparkling "III" pendant around his neck appears to indicate the baby is named Mecole Hardman III.

Several other photos in the carousel caught all of the baby's adorable expressions.

Hardman Jr. started the 2023-2024 season on the New York Jets before being traded back to Kansas City; the family snapped a picture together wearing Jets green. (And yes, that baby is wearing socks that look like footballs.)

For his six month birthday, Hardman's son got a cake to smash (or in his case, investigate cautiously).

Chariah shared a photo of "3" on his six-month birthday having a playful moment with his dad.

In Chariah's post about Hardman's time on the Jets, she included a couple adorable photos of their child joining Hardman at work, including this one of the two of them pulling silly faces.

Goodman also snapped some precious shots of Hardman having bonding moments with the baby, including a picture of him giving the baby (wearing a "Baby Hardman" Jets onesie) a boost.
