Oprah Winfrey is honoring Tina Turner with her 2024 Grammys look!Winfrey, 70, made a dazzling appearance in vintage Valentino for her first Grammys on Sunday, in what she shared was a style tribute to her late friend Turner's famous short skirts.

“My first #Grammys and it was to honor my friend Tina Turner who was simply the best,” Winfrey wrote in an Instagram post as she shared photos of herself posing in her glittering outfit on some stairs.

“Pulled this vintage @maisonvalentino out of my closet to pay homage to her many famous short skirts! @recordingacademy,” the media mogul added.

In the images, Winfrey wore a black sequin Valentino shirt with a matching pleated skirt that fell just by the knee, along with a pair of sheer black tights and black high heels. She gave a twirl in one snap she shared as she swished her skirt around in homage to Turner.

Winfrey kept the sparkle going with her accessories too, pairing her look with a matching black embellished handbag, embellished drop earrings and a chunky gold Valentino logo bracelet and gold rings.

The chat show host also sported a fun, high ponytail with long extensions added that had been styled into loose curls.

At the Grammys, Winfrey paid further tribute to Turner — who died aged 83 last May — as she spoke in loving memory of the late singer, before introducing a stunning musical tribute to the icon featuring Fantasia Barrino.

“From the moment I met Tina, first as a fan, then later blessed to become her friend, she was a special kind of role model,” Winfrey said onstage. “ … And as those big wheels of time keep on turning, Tina’s voice continues to speak to all of us.”

In an Instagram Story clip posted from backstage after her presentation -

and Barrino's performance, Winfrey said, “I thought it was so much fun. It was so much fun to honor Tina. And I’m glad I got my cry out yesterday so I didn’t have to cry today, I could just celebrate. It was so much fun. And I thought Fantasia killed it … the outfits … I loved the whole thing. I loved it, loved it, loved it, loved it.”

“I think this is my first Grammys!” the presenter then realized. “The only one I remember … the first Grammys in the past 30 years, I can tell you that.”

"Thank you for having me @recordingacademy to honor @tinaturner ❤️," she captioned the clip.

Winfrey continued to praise Barrino's performance as she posted more behind-the-scenes clips from backstage, gushing that she was "so proud" of The Color Purple star, 39. along with sharing scenes from some more music legends she greeted along the way.
