Pink is opening up about her daughter’s life dreams.

Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE at the ‘Bob Mackie: Naked Illusion’ evening on Monday, May 13, the “So What” singer, 44, revealed her daughter Willow Sage, 12, has multiple aspirations — and will also be performing with her on stage in Europe this summer to sing “Cover Me In Sunshine".

"We're learning a new song together, which is exciting,” the singer adds to PEOPLE. “She's not totally on board yet. She's very into musical theater. I'm trying to get her to spread her wings a little bit.”

Asked what genre the new song is, Pink — who shares Willow and son Jameson Moon, 7, with her husband Carey Hart — tells PEOPLE it's “Broadway,” adding, “I want her to go do the damn thing.”

“She's got a voice, man. She's a little bird,” she adds. “She wants to do Broadway and -

then be a trauma surgeon.”

“Yeah, she's rad,” Pink adds, explaining that it was Grey’s Anatomy that inspired her daughter’s medical dream.

The artist also tells PEOPLE that her daughter is still making minimum wage while she tours with her.

“She's very happy with that and she works her butt off,” Pink tells PEOPLE at the West Hollywood event also attended by Bob Mackie, Cher, Carol Burnett and Dita Von Teese.

Pink first discussed her daughter’s salary and how she was teaching her to negotiate during an appearance on Today in February 2023 ahead of her Trustfall tour.

"Willow has a job on tour," Pink revealed at the time. "We just had to go over minimum wage, and it's different state to state."

"I said it's about $22.50 a show depending how long I go, if I run over. She goes, 'I'll take $20, it's easier to do the math.' I'm like, 'That's not how you negotiate for yourself,' " she recalled. "I'm like, 'You'll take $25 so it's easier math.' "
