AQL SAMPLING AND EVALUATION TABLE
Aql Table is the International determined Sampling Norm. The main purpose of this standard Aql is to prevent the customer from being a victim while minimizing the costs in process controls. AQL Table Only Standard does not provide any business since it is written both expensive and too detailed.

AQL value (quality management) What exactly is it?
The AQL value, in short the acceptance quality level, is a decision criterion of quality management. It is mostly used in the sampling process and represents an important component during the qualification of products and validation of processes. The AQL value is especially important in the qualification of packaging systems and on receipt of goods. DIN 2859, to which the GMP guidelines also refer, describes the procedure for determining the sample size. The AQL value can be taken from a table based on the number of bad copies.
This Table comes into play after the measurements to be measured during the Sampling process are determined (Sample measurement Form), and the Sampling by Project process is completed. SAMPLE NUMBER and GENERAL INSPECTION LEVELS in this table are recorded in the Quality plan. This is actually an important issue. Because most of our Friends do not know how the priority level and Sample amount are determined in their Quality Plans. In this Standard, we are actually answering the question of how to measure sample quantities on the first page, because the operator who does the work should do the measurements, not the quality personnel.

Using the sampling chart:
In the sampling chart, the number of samples taken in production quantities is determined by the standard. According to the number of samples taken, the acceptable amounts of inappropriate are defined as Ac and the inappropriate amounts that will stop production or be 100% controlled as Re.

In this table, you find the amount of sample you have taken at the top. On the left, you determine how many pieces of defects are in the samples. The table determines how many non-conforming products are in the measured quantities according to the number of defectives. It’s up to you to decide what to do next.
You received more than 315 samples and 4 of them were found to be defective. In this case, the probability of defective parts in your Production Quantities is between 0.3% and 3.70%.
